Can't believe that the above comments are referring to the same restaurant me and my partner went to today. Firstly, the food was too salty and I had chicken chow mein... now the chicken tasted very fatty but i think the chicken must of been very old because it tasted horrible. My partner had sizzling beef with ginger spice and normally my bf would eat anything and i haven't heard him complain about any food until today... but he didnt enjoy his either and left most of it behind too. The service was okay not brillant.. they could have asked how was your food?? or is everything okay?? instead they asked me when paying by card do you want to give a gratuity... which the obvious answer was no. I don't think me and bf will be visiting this restaurant again. sorry.

Best Chinese restaurant in Solihull? I'd go further and say it is the best in the whole Birmingham area!!

The Fortune Inn is by far the best Chinese restaurant in the entirety of Solihull! The food there is fabulous and the Sunday Buffet is also exceptional! The service is brilliant and personally I think it's reasonably priced for the quality.
